1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using GetAIShoppers.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application.

2. The Service

GetAIShoppers provides AI commerce readiness tools for Shopify merchants, including AI Product Passports, missing product context detection, supplier document extraction, AI-readable catalog endpoints, AI Context Library, and an optional AI Shopping Advisor.

The service may use Shopify catalog data, merchant-approved context, supplier-document-sourced fields, and AI-generated or AI-inferred metadata to help structure product information for AI shopping agents and product discovery experiences.

By connecting your store, you grant us permission to access your catalog data. We request read-only access by default.

3. Merchant Review and Published Content

You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated, supplier-document-sourced, or merchant-provided content before publishing it. GetAIShoppers may label content as AI-generated, AI-inferred, supplier-document sourced, merchant-approved, or not independently verified.

You are responsible for ensuring that published product claims, certifications, specifications, safety notes, warranties, and compliance statements are accurate and legally permissible.

4. Supplier Documents

You may upload supplier documents, product manuals, size charts, specification sheets, warranty documents, certificates, or other product context files. You represent that you have the right to upload and process those documents.

GetAIShoppers may extract structured metadata from these documents, but supplier-document sourced does not mean independently verified unless explicitly stated.

5. AI Shopping Advisor

If enabled, the AI Shopping Advisor provides product recommendations using your published Product Passports, approved context, product catalog data, and available inventory information. Recommendations are informational and may be incomplete if product data is limited.

All purchases, checkout, payment, refunds, fulfillment, and customer service remain handled by the Shopify merchant and Shopify checkout.

6. No Independent Verification

Unless explicitly stated in writing, GetAIShoppers does not independently verify supplier claims, product certifications, compliance statements, safety claims, warranty terms, inventory, or product performance. Source labels indicate where information came from; they do not guarantee accuracy.

7. No Storefront Modification by Default

By default, GetAIShoppers does not modify your Shopify theme, product pages, storefront scripts, or product descriptions. If optional write-back or enrichment features are enabled, changes require merchant approval or explicit configuration.

8. No Guarantee of Results

The service helps structure catalog information for AI systems and shopping agents, but we do not control whether or how third-party AI systems crawl, interpret, rank, cite, or recommend your products.

You retain full ownership of your store data. We do not claim ownership of your catalog content.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
